SC Nordic, is an energy equipment and solutions company based in Løgstrup, Denmark, is committed to being a vital partner for customers striving to maintain a competitive edge by minimizing the use of global resources, driven by commercial sense. To align with this vision, SC Nordic has rebranded to reflect a SmartGrid-inspired technical world, transitioning from GridManager International to a customer-centric identity under "Smarter Consumers" (SC).

I worked on redesigning the UI of the landing page, focusing on each section of the site, to reduce the bounce rate and increase conversions.

The old landing page was outdated and had not been redesigned for years. It lacked detailed information and did not effectively highlight the core offerings and features of the service. As a result, the original landing page experienced a high bounce rate and low conversion rate.

The goals for the new landing page were to enhance the user interface and reflect the new brand identity. Additionally, the aim was to attract potential clients, increase conversion rates, and reduce bounce rates.

For confidentiality reasons, I have omitted these metrics -

Achieved 75,000 visits within the first 40 days.
Significant increase in leads through "Contact Us" inquiries and email requests for account creation.
Reduced bounce rate from 60% to under 35%.
Increased conversion rate from 4% to 10%.

I worked on redesigning the landing page existing system elements and introducing new ones as needed. Throughout the ideation process, I consistently adhered to design heuristics. My primary focus was on presenting information in a way that maximized value for the user on each page, allowing me to approach the redesign with empathy and user-centricity.Each exploration phase led to the creation of multiple versions and iterations, which were thoroughly discussed with the team before selecting the final implementation. This collaborative and iterative process ensured that each component redesign was both effective and aligned with our overall goals.
